Where can I buy tickets?
Smith's Tix (www.smithstix.com) is the only official provider of ticketing for USANA Amphitheatre
Tickets for all shows at the USANA Amphitheatre can be purchased at any Smith’sTix Outlet, charge by phone (467-TIXX or toll-free 1-800-888-TIXX), or online at www.smithstix.com.
USANA Amphitheatre Box Office is open on Day of Show Only. The box office and will call windows are located by the main entrance. You can purchase tickets for any USANA Amphitheatre show at the box office. The box office is open on days of shows at noon, and closes at approximately 9.30 pm. The box office phone number is 801.964.4300.

Tickets are required for children 3 years old and up.
Where is will call?
Located at the USANA Amphitheatre box office. You will need to show valid picture ID to pick up any tickets. There will be no exception to this rule.
Parking lots open at noon, day of show. Gates into the Amphitheatre normally open 1.5 hours before the show time. Due to fire ordinances, there can be no open flame cooking in the USANA Amphitheatre parking lots. This will be strictly enforced. The local container ordinances forbid the consumption of alcoholic beverages while on the grounds of the USANA Amphitheatre parking lots. West Valley police will be observing all activity in the parking lots. No tailgating.
Is there Premium Parking?
Premium parking is available day-of-show. Follow the signs to the premium parking lots. The price is $20 per car. The NEW premium parking allows a faster exit than before. The premium parking lot is close to the main entrance, and includes a separate gate entrance into the venue.
Overnight parking is not allowed. Gates are locked at night.
Is there parking for people with special needs?
Disabled parking spaces are available in the suite parking lot on the east side of the venue and are clearly marked. You can enter the suite parking lot from 5600 West. The exact address for this lot is 5215 South (Westridge Blvd.) 5600 West. A valid disability-parking permit is required, and will be verified. Disabled seating is available – please contact the box office for more information.
Disabled parking spaces are also available in the main parking lot by the entrance.
How is seating organized?
The USANA Amphitheatre seats approximately 20,000 – 13,000 lawn seats, and 7,000 reserved seats. The tickets for the reserved seats will have the seat location printed on the ticket. The lawn tickets will indicate the word “LAWN” and a number. On some shows, seats will be removed in front of the stage and there will be a general admission area. These tickets will be designated on the tickets with “GA” with a corresponding number. All ticket sales are final.

USANA Amphitheatre provides a variety of food and beverages that can be purchased on site. It is recommended to bring cash, but vendors will accept credit cards. See a sample of food menus below.

There are also ATMs next to the merchandise booths on the North and South Plazas. USANA Amphitheatre does not allow outside beverages or food to be brought into the venue.
“Blue Moon Public House,” is a full service bar, located in the South Concourse of the Amphitheatre. Patrons can find a large variety of adult beverages and spirits. 21 + only.
What about local accommodations?
Camping is not allowed at the USANA Amphitheatre. Contact www.koa.com for nearest camp facilities.
Is there VIP and season seating?
USANA Amphitheatre hosts 40 box suites, accommodating more than 340 people. 4, 6, 8 and 10 person box suites are available and include tickets to every public show. The suites face center stage, and have the best views in the Amphitheatre. VIP Seating
What if I don’t want to drive to the Amphitheatre?
There is no mass transportation to the Amphitheatre. For bus and trax schedules see: www.rideuta.com . Local cab and limo companies are also familiar with the Amphitheatre. We also provide a location for UBER pick up and drop off.
Where do I find information about corporate events?
Customize parties for your group or company in the Toyota Corporate Pavilion. With seating for 200, the Pavilion is a private area specifically designed for groups. Catering and complete bar service available. Ticket packages are priced on a per-show basis. Call for specific information: 801.478.1571.
Is there re-entry?
There is no re-entry once you exit the venue.
What items are restricted?
The following items are prohibited: backpacks, fireworks, recording devices (on a per-show basis), photographic devices (on a per-show basis), video recorders, lawn chairs, strollers, food and beverages, glass, cans, plastic bottles or any containers, coolers, umbrellas, weapons, wallet chains, spiked bracelets and belts, drugs.
What do I do about lost and found items?
Lost and Found items will be held at the USANA Amphitheatre until claimed. Please call United Concerts at 801.355.5522 to verify items lost.
What is allowed in the lawn area?
Blankets and stadium chairs with no legs are welcome.
